Are we evolving into higher dimensional frequencies?

we are healing the timelines yes?

How do we heal these things... we acknowledge them

we say thank you for the experience it has taught me what i somehow required to know in the first person experience

(i can drill down on that some and say... it was tragic, it was horrendous... we describe it in many new ways and say therefore i need not taste that experience again to know and understand that i choose something different, yes?
