I-40 eastbound is shut down. Trucker and cop shot on highway!!

I am a trucker and I was taking a load to Albuquerque and there's a huge traffic jam on I-40 going east about 50 miles west of Albuquerque. On the CB they said a trucker was shot and I also heard I can't confirm that a cop was shot on the freeway. So now the highway is an active murder scene and they have shut it down while they do their investigation. Where it is that it won't be open many many hours. Does anybody have any info on this? I will post more info as it comes in but it's not really clear right now. Currently there is at least 20 miles of traffic probably lots more than that
