Armed insurrection and war crimes occurred on the night that the militia battlefield commander Kyle Rittenhouse shot the three war criminals.

We either all share the rule of civil law equally or these war criminals are going to get summary adjudication and punishment as per the rules of war.

It absolutely proves that Rittenhouse was in fear of his life, and that makes it self defense. Of course we all knew it was self defense all along, but this will make it hard for the liberal courts to see it any other way. I know if they were shooting at me, i would certainly shoot back. After the first shot, I doubt I would turn and run like Rittenhouse did. I would probably shit there and shoot at anyone coming toward me. But, I am 66 years old and that's too young to die and too old to take an ass whooping.

Prosecutor should be prosecuted.

We saw the video showing the shooting, the other gunmen who fired first. But it already was self defense. The video's showed Kyle being chased into a narrow spot with the guy behind him grabbing at him and his gun, that close, and the narrow spot where the cars were forced him to slow down, so he had zero choice even without a shooter in the mix, to turn around and confront the one grabbing at his gun. His life depended on it.

The self defense of the first incident is outlined simply in the video showing that he had no choice but to swirl and confront the one trying to disarm and kill him who had already gained that much on him.

Doesn't really change anything. The entire incident is on video showing self defense by Kyle.

Thank you Kyle did not shoot Rosenbaum he only shot the two assholes who attacked him because they thought he was the shooter. He went by Rosenbaum after he was shot to render aid and was chased from there.

Agreed. I could never piece together how Kyle supposedly shot Rosenbaum. It makes less sense than Oswald shooting Kennedy.

So did most of the rioters. Kyle had every right (if not more of a right) to be there than the rioters did.

It's wrong to drive over state lines to stop a riot, but it's ok to drive over state lines to participate in a riot.

Kyle Rittenhouse had his rifle pointed at the ground, Rosenbaum was also hit in the back of the head.

That is easily proven by the video, the blood was coming out of the back of his head.

The autopsy is being sat on, they are not going to release it until after the election.

They already said where all of the shots hit that midget pedo Rosenbaum, and none of them were to the back of his head. Only a graze to the side of his head.

It's not against the law to drive across state lines. The gun was in Wisconsin. He has been cleared of that issue.
