What trauma did you go through growing up that made you feel like you weren't good enough without injecting exogenous hormones, just to make yourself feel like a man?

Unless you're going to beat Phil Heath at the olympia, I don't think the rewards are worth the price. You can get ripped without steroids, good diet and training regime works. It's just hard work, most people are too lazy to do it. And some advice from somebody who has trained for decades with big guys who juice. Don't go down the path of taking HGH and Insulin - it's a one way ticket to a heart attack. From my experience people like you don’t care about my health your jealous because you train hard for decades and I’m already bigger and better than you and I don’t train hard and I eat however I want to . It’s jealousy
