No chance you worked out as hard as me, that is delusional. I've been training since I was 7 and won national Karate tournaments as a teenager. Been in the gym lifting weights since I was 15. I've been up to 280lbs with ape like strength. Fact is you're just lazy. And I might add if you are a person who has low test, I'd definatley recommend TRT. But using shit made in someones bathtub is not a wise route to go. Karate is a joke . Might as well be doing no touch psychic energy KO lmao Ok so what’s your best squat Deadlift Bench Etc Also I might not be lazy you might be overtraining ever thought of that ? You might not be strong as ape you might be dumb as ape . And we could both die tommorow so why not get as much out of the time we have ? There is no convincing you or me to change our mind so instead of you and me bantering back and forth like school girls . Let’s find some common ground . Would love to talk supplements or training styles or diet with you I’m very educated in those fields we could even talk MMA . But honestly let’s stop the ego dribble My parents sent me to karate as a child, it may not be the most effective combat art but it sure worked for kicking bullies asses as a kid. It also taught me discipline. As a young adult I did MMA for a few years, had a couple semi-pro fights until I had a pretty bad knee injury. I'm not world class powerlifting standards, but for your average gym dude I'm normally one of the strongest in the gym. Hence why I know and talk to the 'big guys' who juice. I don't have a problem with anyone doing what they want with their body, I just don't think you should say it's the best thing ever and possibly encourage youngsters to start pinning without knowing the risks and side effects. I worked on this for years, decades, put in a huge amount of work, and got minimal results, sometimes no results for long periods. Very discouraging. Now on TRT levels of testosterone plus about 20mgs/day of mixed orals (mostly oxandrolone), and made more progress in 6 weeks than in previous 6 months or more. Suddenly everything is WORKING -- the calorie restriction, the cardio, the supplements, all of it now WORKING rather than doing little or nothing. Fat MELTING off my trunk and waist, while maintaining muscle, and actually getting stronger! Wonderful stuff. I'm stocking up at least a 10 year supply so that I never run out. It is too good to run out of. Worst thing about getting no physical results is that it saps your psychological will to continue. For years I kept trying, then giving up, then starting again, then getting minimal results and giving up again. Now things are different. I can tell that I will be able to maintain the momentum, because I am getting results commensurate with the effort I am putting in. So, with steroids it is like a one-two punch: you get the physical results, AND those results give you psychological/motivational fuel to continue the effort and get even more results. Even though I am still early in this process, I can see already that it is going to work wonderfully, long term. I'm a new person. This really is the key to permanent change. I hate to be the one to tell you, but your diet was obviously junk and you 'think' you trained hard. In reality you were just lazy and took the easy road, the easy road is also a faster road to your coffin. No, pal, I hate to be the one to tell you, but my diet was NOT junk, and I DID train consistently and hard, and I most certainly am NOT lazy, having spent endless time and energy on these efforts over DECADES. Further, the road I am now on is definitely NOT easy. I still have to train hard, diet hard, take supps, get enough sleep -- all the same disciplines, with the critical difference that now, unlike before, that I AM GETTING RESULTS, consistently and in a reasonable time. That's the difference that makes the difference. NOT EASY, but sustainable long-term now that I am getting the rewards for my hard work. And further, I am not taking a "faster road to my coffin". At the doses I am taking, there is essentially zero possibility of any serious harm, even over decades. The only exception might be atherogenic blood lipid changes, but I am going to monitor that and take further measures to counteract if need be. I am already taking plenty of stuff to counteract and so far so good. The only people who get heart disease from steroids are idiots who crash their HDL to (say) TEN, and then DO NOTHING ABOUT IT FOR DECADES. In other words, idiots. Fortunately, I am not an idiot. My HDL is 55+ at LDL of about 100, which is excellent, even anti-atherogenic. |

Protein, vegetables, protein, vegetables, cardio, weights, cardio, protein, vegetables. MONTHS. Problem was that the results were so scanty, or even non-existent, that as I said in the OP it ground me down, psychologically. Then for some months I would falter, abandon the strict diet and training, and just kinda chill and do what I felt like, not so much pigging out as just relaxing and trying to forget the last failed episode. Then I would get religion and start up again. This cycle went on for decades. It is impossible -- for ME at least -- to go on and on for endless months of hard discipline in exchange for little or no reward. Maybe it is possible for you or others, and if so, fine. You do you, and I'll do me. For me, I need some rewards to fuel my motivation and power me on my journey. I am now, finally, for the first time in decades, really getting those rewards, and it feels great! |
