Only off grid folks will survive the burnouts. The homes without smart meters will stand.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79045748 the off grid folk will get burned out if they are living in the hills .. Only if their property is not cleaned properly of flammable materials. My neighbor will burn because he has trees touching his deck. Only dirt on my lot and I'm deep in a Colorado forest. stay safe. I know a few over the years who burned out moved out burned out again. seems the first time around should have prevented a second? I don't know? I feel for the wildlife.
