I am serious about the lawsuits as well. If any have the means and know some who will take up the case, go for it. It only takes one or two to get the word out and make a groundbreaking statement going into the future that should of been made a long time ago. If it was reversed and there was a "Platinum Plan" that discriminates on the basis of race for those with lighter skin, you would see TONS of lawsuits from NAACP among others. Time to start bringing about some true equality for a change and meeting the same measure they meet to other to themselves. If the standard is no discrimination on the basis of race, that has to include blacks or else it is hogwash hypocrisy that only applies to some races.
