i know your pain. i used to get em all the time, big nasty external one. Then it popped one day. Bled from my ass for a week straight. Probably should have gone to the hospital, but now i only get the internal ones which are more manageable.

Ps: im not advocating anyone going around poppin their hemmhroids, you could literally die. just have a doc put a band on it.
