IDEA: Why don’t we have an open source free speech internet “of things”?
I mean we really only utilize the internet in a few ways, so why doesn’t someone create a “free web” app, that covers like 99% of what we do on the internet, but not allow censorship, banning, loss of commentary, and opposing views to be heard?

It would consist of:

A Browser that doesn’t track peoples data, nor filters search results.

A Marketplace similar to Amazon, that allows user filters: most sold items, most favorable reviews, etc where this is not hijacked by profit margins of internet companies, but allows people to see real items of value, and not the company that pays the most for top billing.

A Message App..like Twitter, that doesn’t have shadow and, or any bans whatsoever unless it’s outright criminal.

Same thing with News...basic news stories, that allow commentary, which is a rare thing these days. Let the people decide if it’s noteworthy or not. Let’s have a discussion.

A image page...similar to Imgur or Instagram, but give equal time to different views...these sites are a Globalist abomination of group hypnosis at this point and I refuse to look at them anymore.

Something like facebook, but without all the algorithms, and the censorship, and all that Jazz. If your thing is white supremacy...have a page! Probably most will ignore it, and you’d get a lot of hate comments on it, but as long as nothing is illegal or threading...let it be. Same goes for Goows, Muslims, etc...let’s work all this hate out instead of pretending it’s not real, or magnifying stuff that’s not reallly happening to promote political ideals.

All of this would be in an easily downloadable package, and would allow the masses to disengage from the asshats that have taken over the internet, and made it so sad, compared to the internet of Yore.

And of course GLP remains supreme as a forum of random posts with wisdom of the ages, sprinkled with A1 steak sauce posts of absurdity.

Could they sit such an app down if it had a disclaimer when you logged on? As long as pornography, and illegal images, ideas were moderated, couldn’t it work?

Basically a runaround of the status quo of the internet as it stands, since I see no other option unless they were all outright sued and prosecuted, which seems highly unlikely considering how much money, influence and power they have...

You are talking about decentralization of the internet. Mesh nets could work but the government of Joohs will never allow it. Tor is the closest you will ever get and its not foolproof.

Supposedly Apollo.fintech has already built this. Look into it, but be forewarned: When something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Apollo aside, we're on the brink of a revolution in decentralization that's going to transform the entire world.

Global democracy without politicians, that allows everyone to vote on any issue they choose from their phone in a totally secure, publicly auditable, uncorruptible manner?

Check.

An elastic global currency that dynamically responds to the demand for capital, and adjusts supply and liquidity automatically without the need for banks (or central banks)?

Yep.

News and media that's aggregated from social media feeds and public accounts by a benevolent AI built on the priciples of the "God protocol" that employs a consensus algorithm that makes "fake news" and propaganda impossible?

Closer than you think.

A techno utopia in which every person is guaranteed a basic income, AI and Robots provide a standard of living higher than we ever thought possible, and the emergence of a boss-less, gatekeeper-less, by choice, participatory business ecosystem that maintains the capitalistic ideal of hard work and ability being rewarded monetarily?

Almost there.

Everything you are talking about is centralized and controlled by certain groups that decide what you can and cant say. The only way around that is decentralized internet. Mesh nets, obfuscated hidden servers and its becoming more difficult. You cant operate a profitable website anymore without conforming to the joohs.

A completely fair, judge and lawyerless court system which allows every offense to go before a jury, maintains anonimity of the accused, and eliminates the possibility of corruption and racism?

Already here.

I agree with you on a lot of things.

I believe the crypto was never really about currency, and more about transparency.

I’m not a fan of basic income unless those that DO have to work are compensated, and paid handsomely for actually having to give a shit compared to those that “smoke weed all day” and don’t contribute. Robots are definitely going to be a thing and is what I am currently investing in, since I got out of the boom cannabis market.

I work at a hospital, and I can tell you...a robot CAN NOT do most of those jobs. A perfect and compliant patient...maybe...but one that’s altered, combative, resisting care, etc? Good Luck unless you just want to flush a majority of elderly humanity down the drain. Maybe you believe in Logan’s Run...but I don’t. These patients have family who care, and are concerned about the ones they love, and there is no robot that can fulfill that position.

And I’m sure there are a lot of other jobs that are similar...at some point you have to give credit to people that do jobs...most humans AND robots, won’t do.

IDK the timeline, but I imagine you're right.

The problem is that you assume everything is being done specifically to harm humanity.

The thing that's playing out is marvelously subtle. We're walking the razor's edge - it'll either be eternal freedom or eternal slavery - and until the instance it's decided, the story will be EXACTLY the same.

We're fulfilling the prophesies. We're making the choice. We're moving to the 4th density.

Re: IDEA: Why don’t we have an open source free speech internet “of things”?

Was the total shutdown of the global economy and the printing of trillions of dollars out of thin air not enough to make you realize that the system is completely absurd? Everything you THINK you know about economics is false. Scarcity is a myth.

It's amazing what you can learn when you're not forced to work your life away chasing green paper rectangles.

Funny how everyone thinks their so important. We did fine without 'em for thousands of years. Currency's only been common for a few hundred years... "Neccessary" for only a few decades.
The end of the world.

Everything you are talking about is centralized and controlled by certain groups that decide what you can and cant say. The only way around that is decentralized internet. Mesh nets, obfuscated hidden servers and its becoming more difficult. You cant operate a profitable website anymore without conforming to the joohs.

Except 99.9% of people don’t know a single thing about any one of those options...it needs to be like an iPhone, or Facebook...something people with no experience can wrap their minds around...

Heck, I deal with a lot of old people...they have NO understanding of the internet, tweeting, social media, Amazon, email, etc...it literally passed them by.

That's just the thing. You don't know HOW your phone works, but you still know how to use it. Most of these technologies won't be anything you consciously interact with.

They'll just work.

Hopefully, but I have enough days with complicated technology crapping out on me, that I have no real faith in it.

And what happens to a society that relies upon technology they don’t understand? When it has a cascading failure, and nobody knows how to fix it? That’s the stuff science fiction novels are made of, and I’ve read a few along those lines...you basically have cavemen trying to fix a hydraulic elevator, with electronic controls....it’s just not gonna happen.

I’m assuming your robots will magically fix this? Unless you are part of the structure housing low income workers...in which case you might all die because the Algorithm determines your not worth the repair. Have fun with that...

First off, I don't think you understand decentralized technology. A cascading failure is literally impossible.

Secondly, our society already relies on tech that we don't understand. If we lost access too electricity or the internet tomorrow, society would totally collapse.
I'm willing to bet you have no idea how the global financial system works, and yet you spend money, don't you?

Third. What's coming is not "Just like it's always been, except now money is digital". We're about to see the end of representative government, civil courts, banks, bosses, and most other centralized institutions. Currency is one of the least interesting things about blockchain technology.
The end of the world.
