The Illuminati's body or arm is essentially U.S. business and government more or less. The Illuminati's face or religion is yews.

The Templar's core is basically the Law. Not church, not lifestyles, but a deep rooted sense that they have to fix the world and align everyone into some sort of law and order.

The Templar's body or arm is essentially the Roman Catholic Church. The Templar's face or lifestyle is the CCP (and some parts of old Russia.)

Again, remember, there's no official body of the Illuminati or Templar. These are the groups that essentially become such groups through actions, thoughts, and lifestyle.
