War or Peace

The road to Nationalism is a road to war. With sovereignty comes the need to practice that sovereign power, lest you lose it.

I know that the average poster on this forum does not buy into the political game as much as the loudest posters do, but at this point in US history we are debating not between Left and Right, but between Globalism and Nationalism. The reality is that Globalism is the way of the future, and only through a unified humanity can we end things like war, famine, lack of food and shelter for millions, and many other life-threatening realities.

It's easy to scare a people into thinking that Nationalism is the appropriate route; it's all about them and their self-centered ideals. But we are all too aware now that there are others who live on this planet who are as human as we are, and we have an obligation to unite as a species to bring us to a new epoch of exploration and evolution.

I have spent so many years researching this and learning the signs, shapes, and fnords of the controllers, but at the end of it all I can see why their decisions are as they are. I do not support pedophiles, child traffickers, or anything dubious such as we've supposedly uncovered in the past decade, but nationalizing to protect our borders while ignoring the rest of the world is not a permanent solution; it's a generational bandage that will eventually fall off, and by then our troubles will be much greater than we believe them to be now.

We have built these societies over time, and we cannot simply destroy them and start over; the loss of life would be catastrophic and potentially damn us to redo everything, or perish in the process. We must move forward together to a new tomorrow, and a world where humanity is judged not by color or wealth but by merit. This is the Love that we preach; love thy neighbor as thyself. It is a hard lesson to learn, and an even more awkward pill to swallow. But the next generations will thank us for our sacrifice.

Let the bullets fly, I'm ready to receive the hatred this message will entice. But those with eyes to see will know that there is truth here, and I hope those of you who can will share your hopes for the upcoming world; through our thoughts and actions we can sculpt that reality starting now.
