Kamala Harris Illegally Campaigning At Polling Stations Before Election Day

It is illegal for any campaigning of any kind (including, but not limited to: flying flags, displaying signage, speeches or interacting with persons for the purpose of swaying votes) to occur within 150 feet of ANY polling station!

The polling deputy is sworn in and empowered to arrest her and should have. If that person failed to do that then they too are in violation of the law.

If I see this at my polling station, you bet your ass I'll be doing something about it!

display, or distribute in a polling place, in any hallway used by voters to enter or exit a polling place,
or within 100 feet of an entrance to a building in which a polling place islocated any material that directly

We need to show up with cameras at any poll she is at and rush her with questions about election interference and illegal campaigning, then broadcast it across YouTube and alternative social media.

So why didn't she get arrested for this illegal activity?

They know they are ABOVE THE LAW.

Think that's correct.

The thing is:

1. She actually IS campaigning for herself, because SHE, herself, is there, shouting through a megaphone at the captive audience of people standing in line at a polling station to vote.

2. The 100 foot rule doesn't work in this case, because she is yelling through a megaphone, in which she is forcing herself onto the people standing in line.
