Two of my nephews, wife's side, are Catholic priests. They grew up under Father Mike and his teachings were strict. As young men they questioned a few things as growing boys tend to do. In every case Father Mike told them the teachings of the church were set in stone so to speak. Because of his guidance they entered the priesthood. Now they are lost.... BUT they don't dare question the changes. One if not both may leave soon. The only thing keeping them at this point are "The End Times". They feel mankind will need all the help and support they can give......

There were no changes made to Catholic Church doctrine. Homosexual physical relations are still considered sinful and the sacrament of holy matrimony is still the union of a man and woman only because the Church recognizes that the union of a man and woman as unique, sacred, and fundamental in human society. Church doctrine on faith and morals cannot be changed because it is considered the objective, eternal, unchangeable truth. If a Pope tried to change official Church doctrine he would be an apostate and would be immediately defrocked. The Pope saying gays should have equal legal rights is not changing any Church doctrine on faith and morals. I don’t know what your Catholic sources are but get better ones because I’ve seen this explained many times in recent years when people misconstrue the Pope’s actions like this.

Quite, other religions do not all 'worship the same god' as the Pope claims. And nor does God have a 'mother', nor is she a 'queen in heaven'. Their practice of Christianity does not conform to the Bible.

However bashing Catholics is not very Christian either, we should pray for their souls that God may bring His Light to how they are deceived by this 'church'.

Jesus is the Truth. God’s laws are written on our hearts. Other religions have some truth (ex: murder is wrong) but obviously not the full truth since they don’t believe that Jesus is God incarnate who paid the penalty for their sins. If you know the truth to some extent you know God to some extent.
