Anonymous Coward User ID: 77463339 United States 03/02/2021 01:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Employers CANNOT REQUIRE you to Take a Vaccine Under Emergency Authorization. Including Hospitals. Here is the legal article. [link to www.statnews.com (secure)] 2021/02/23/federal-law-prohibits-employers-and-others-from-requiring-vaccination-with-a-covid-19-vaccine-distributed-under-an-eua I told my employer they were opening themselves up to massive lawsuits and they immediately retracted their mandatory vax bullshit. The Covid 19 shot is NOT APPROVED by the FDA and under Emergency Authorization it is explicitly against Federal Law to make it mandatory in any work place. End of debate. |
