Agreed! And walmart is a safe haven. You can't catch covid at walmart and big box stores. Small business bad!

Hygiene is just a buzzword, you don't get virus by being dirty, you get it from the air. Handwashing isn't really that important either.

They aren't exactly living shoulder to shoulder like a Brazilian slum, where Covid is rampant. It struck during the warm part of the year so most of them are in tents alone.

I would argue they have less chance of exposure than I do, since I have to go to work on public transit, and take an elevator to my apartment. Sitting in a cardboard box smoking meth isn't healthy, but its not high risk for the virus.

Hand wringing in my city about our precious vulnerable hobos is out of control too, they tried putting them in hotels, that didn't work, they are homeless for a reason. Everyone says they want to help, yet letting one crash on your couch is out of the question. You don't want to help, you want to use my tax dollars on junkies who chose the lifestyle.

Maybe the next virus will get them but they are safe from Covid.

Its amazing all this effort to figure out the homeless lifestyle during covid but no effort to fix the root problem.
Bless them for they are the meek and shall inherit the earth.
Meanwhile after you and i say our piece we can walk over tou the fridge and get fat or sit on your couch and fart

Quite the opposite really. Mental illness acts just like a physical brain injury depending on which part of the brain is affected. This almost ALWAYS leads to autoimmune deficiency/disfunction causing the patient to become more sick, more often. The level of deficiency from what I've learned in the last 5 yrs is based on the level of damage leading into the pineal gland.

They are getting it. At least in Toronto, the folks in shelters were contracting it higher numbers than average. Small tent cities started to pop up in parks so they could spread out. But in general, they are not a target demographic so the news ignores them. They are less likely to go to the doctor or hospital. And they are more likely to die at an earlier age. In places where the social safety net is sparse, there will probably be a higher death rate.
Maybe in Africa, they care for each other more.

Do homeless watch CNN and even care about Google? I would think not. They don't have the FEAR Virus them.

It's the non handwashing. They have loads of germs on their hands and within their bodies that they are already immune to and the virus' that affect us cannot compete.

Well, mental illness including "personality" disorders all have a strong genetic component as well as structural brain anomolies and biochemical imbalances leading to the distorted cognitive processes and behavior.

Your autoimmune-pineal gland hypothesis is interesting, but I haven't at all observed a positive correlation of mental illness and medical illnesses neither with people who have been on my path with mental illness, including family members, nor those I've seen while working in the mental health system.

There is, however, a demonstrated stress-over active adrenal-gut-auto-immune correlation and specifically with PTSD patients and those who have endured "domestic" abuse.

Gut health, and as such nutrient metabolism, is a significant factor in auto-immune disorders.

Also word on the streets is that you eat your own poop you will be immune to it. Ive seen it in several videos homeless people eating there own poop.

The majority are in CA. Look for "tent cities" and Venice Beach, LA or SF on YT.
