Why is the U.S. Homeless Population Not Being Decimated By Covid?

Same here. I walk by a lot of them and have come to recognize and chit chat with a few of them. And it perplexes me why/how they don’t get Covid. I feel bad because it seems like they’re almost sitting ducks for Covid. But apparently not. Strange.

Typically, U.S. homeless are...

*Unhealthy (diets and pre-existing conditions).

*Living relatively close together.

*Unhygienic/unsanitary.

*Without health insurance.

These are truly the most vulnerable in our society. The conditions in which they live are ripe for the spread of Covid. Yet, the homeless population is not being decimated by Covid.

It reminds me of the relatively low number of Covid cases in Africa. Africa has many of these same variables, yet...Africa is faring better than North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.

How can this be?

Because it is BULLSHIT PROPAGANDA.

Are the homeless observing any of the mandated behaviors?

Are they wearing masks?

Are they socially-distancing?

Are they washing frequently?

Are they disinfecting frequently?

Are they doing anything they tell us we have to do to protect ourselves from the virus?

Are they mas-infected with the virus?

Is there any indication that any of the homeless populations anywhere have suffered ANY higher rates of infection?

Southern Nevada Youth Homelessness Summit Tackles COVID-19, Racism
