Elon Musk's SpaceX has declared Mars a 'free planet' and claims their planned colony on the red planet will not recognize Earth-based laws.

The claims were spotted buried in Starlink's beta consumer service terms that was recently sent to customers ahead of the internet rollout.

Dubbed 'Governing Laws,' the section states SpaceX will not abide by international laws beyond Earth and the moon, but instead adopt self-governing principles 'established on good faith.

elon should be first to move to colonize Mars, with ALL of his children ( illegitimate and not ). round them up.

Don't worry the Space Patrol will eventually get there to manage things.

I have a feeling something will occur to prevent any Mars missions until further notice.

why would they? if somebody breaks a earth law, are they gonna call the earth space police to fly over and arrest them? doesn't it take six months for the police space ship to arrive? call the mars police if somebody commits some crimes
