Not a sandwich, but awesome
Tube of crescent rolls - roll them out flat on a cookie sheet and roll the sides up like a pie
Crack 6-8 eggs and on the crescent roll "crust"
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheese and add whatever herbs/spices you like
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes (depending on if you like the egg yolks soft or hard)
