cheese eggs bread and butter makes the best grilled cheese and egg.
i like to try different cheeses and breads.
eggs i go free range organic.
this week im rockin brioche and monterey jack.
i put the butter down and melt it then i ceack two eggs and put the bread on the skillet.
after the eggs cook a bit i put the grilled bread on top of the eggs and the cheese on the other slice of bread.
when its ready i put the sandwich the rest of the way together and cook till done.
delicious.
