Your honor I present mitigating evidence of the accused's previous history.

1. The accused ( Democrat Party ) did purchase from a Russian source a fake dossier.

2. The DP did then pervert the security organisations to compile a fraudulent number of applications to the F.I.S.A court, to illegally spy on the Trump campaign and Presidency.

3. The DP then ran a sham impeachment and inquiry based on the fraudulent dossier and further blocked the opposition in the House from calling or interviewing witnesses.

4. The DP did then lie to congress and read a false statement about the conversation the President had with a foreign leader.

5. The DP has constantly misled the people through it's propaganda arm the main stream media.

So in conclusion I put it to you given the accused recent track record and it's outright display of corruption and deceit , that the court rules in favor of a though and full investigation of the election process in disputed counties and States and further upholds a fair and fully accountable election process.

Legal documents are supposed to be verified or certified in some way.

Proabbly far far more if we knew exa t truths

Trump Campaign and Rudy wants the ENTIRE chain of custody for each box of ballots, security arraignments, and storage locations.

Lot more than that. Probably closer to 2 millions spread across strategic states.

We have due process laws in this country. States and counties have the right to change the procedures/laws but they have to follow procedure to do this. You can't just decide to change the rules without getting the legislature involved.

These willy-nilly rule changes are all going to be ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS. If not then we really don't have a county.

Equal protection under the Constitution.
