That increases your inflammation and will increase stress on the body. Fibre will make you feel full and grounded. Oatmeal is always excellent for breakfast. Use unprocessed oats cooked with water. Put some fruit in it, like bananas and strawberries. Add sunflower seeds and pumpkin (which are excellent for the brain and a great source of protein). You could add a bit of maple syrup if you need to, but not too much. Sugar adds to inflammation as well. You will feel better. Also, start meditating when you wake up. You can look mindfulness on YouTube. But the simplest one is just following your breath in and out for 10 minutes right when you wake up. When your thoughts wander bring your attention back to the tip of your nose, and your breath. Give yourself good affirmations. I am safe. I am grounded. I am healthy. Meditation, yoga, and a whole foods plant based diet are the keys to being very healthy and very calm. Avoid meat, dairy, eggs, sugar, processed foods, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs. |

I started eating chilled grapes instead, a mix of red ones and green ones and some dark ones, though I love Cream of Wheat with honey and cream. Maybe in a little over a month I can eat the Cream of Wheat. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |

Peach nectar or white grape juice as a beverage. Some authentic English or German sausages properly cooked so the skin isn't overdone but cracks and is juicy.
