Where is the 100% definitive proof this was a DHS announcement?
images on the internet are not proof.
not trying to say this isn't happening but people who aren't too biased to fall for everything want to see the actual evidence rather than 'watching people talk about it'

Eventually at the end you get server hosting in Australia using a Mastercard or Visa. That doesn't look too genuine as an anonymous leak strategy, imho.
