General Election: Ballot Tint and Watemmark Assignment
Pursuant to Elections Code section 13002 and the Califomia Code of Regulatons, Title
2. section 20215, 20218, and 2020. the Secretary of State's office has selected a
design and color combinalion lor use in the November 3, 2020, General Election.
The watormark for the November 3, 2020, General Election, is the CA Poppy. The tint
for the beckground and wetermerk is Rod PMS 192.
The watormark and int must appear on the balot itselt, not anly on the stub.
Please note that for color-on-color combinations, the tint value for the background
should produce a light tint. The watermark should be cearty visible and distinct from
the beckground. The screen parcentagen for the watermark should be such hat the
outine is derker han the background and the interior area of tho watermark is lighter
than the beckground.

I have my strip that you tear off of a GA ballot. It definitely has some very hard to see small dots and lines that look like they are of some purpose. I have to put on my readers, and hold it up to the light to see. Keep the faith, my friends. PDJT will pull us through this mess!

It means the the idiots that thought they could just print more ballots, fill them out with fake info, and get them counted are absolutely f****d.

Hawai'i mail in ballots all had watermarks. They were easy to see if you held it up to the light - it was the Election Commission logo in multiple locations and the paper was bank type safety paper.

Maybe, maybe not. But the ballots alsa all had both serial numbers and optical scan strips that had to be valid in order for them to be counted.

No way anyone could fake those.

I don't see what the big deal is here. I have voted absentee many times and the ballots always had obvious watermarks. It's no big secret and it has been that way for decades.

Can you post a picture? Maybe go to GA sec of state site and see if you can find info about watermarked ballots.
