But if I'm being really honest with myself, I won't take that step unless the movement is already there for me to join because even if those close to me will remember me with fondness no matter what, if I were to do anything through solo initiative it would more than likely just end up dishonoring or even endangering those I hold dear (whom I do not view as objects to "lose" but the very thing life is about, and the very reason I'm willing to sacrifice all else if I think it can affect their future for the better). So whether or not I do anything does actually depend on Trump administration and how they handle everything moving forward; if he steps down and concedes power willingly then I probably will do as you say and do nothing other than embody apathy towards the world and pray fervently for righteous judgement to rain down with fire and brimstone. |
