HI OP,
Congratulations on asking the most important questions one can ask in life!
I do not claim to have any answers....been on this journey a long time, as I do not want to return to this crazy planet.
I have found some good info in the writings and videos of
Wes Penre. (Just search his name) dot com.
I don't agree with everything but it is a good overview.
Bottom line, I think each person perhaps has a different road map to follow...good luck in your search!
