Tree of Life Spherot and its' gematrias is a real shallow understanding of Kabbalah.
It's like dry math that means nothing.
True knowledge of Kabbalah comes from knowing to translate the dry math-like structure and dynamics of the Tree of Life into every day down to earth lessons and teachings.
