...
Lets start from the beginning.
G-d alone before creation.
He is the pure consciousness which we call the 'Light with no End' or Aur Ein Sof.
How does he proceed to create?
Quoting: Saturneus By creating the abyss where 'ideals' become 'dense'?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72279944 Yes.
But what is the "abyss"?
How did he create it?
Why did he create it? Why couldn't He have done without it?
Quoting: Saturneus The 'Abyss' is physical reality represented by the numbers 4 5 6 7 8 9.
How this was created I do not know.
I think it was created this way as a means of control. In so much as we are controlled by the use of numbers. But we have free will so i think it was created this way so we have a means to break free should we endeavour to do so.
I interested to hear your opinion of this.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72279944 The abyss is NOTHING.
But not just nothing but A THING that is nothing.
No-thing.
It was created when the Ein Sof Aur thought about the only thing that was not itself.
If you are EVERYTHING, what could there be that is not yourself? No-thing!
(For I am God and -THERE IS- NONE beside me)
Because G-d, Ein Sof Aur, is pure consciousness, when he thinks about that which is not itself, it APPEARS in his thought which is all that exists which is also Himself.
I form the light and CREATE darkness (Isaiah 45:7)
Creation is creating ex nihilo
Forming is forming out of something.
Just like Eve was pulled out of Adam.
The feminine no-thing was pulled out of the thought of the Ein Sof Aur.
As above so below.
