Yugoslavia stopped getting money from the USA in the early 80s, once the flow of free capitalist money ended due to Washington's change of policy, the Republics simply bankrupted at the end of the 80s, start of 90s, i don't want to watch the video because it appears to me that this girl in the video is too young to have lived back then

the Yugoslavia had civil war starting in 1991 lasting until 2001, with various countries wanting, declaring independence from it as they had the constitutional right, but the Serbs, who were/are the largest nation in the Balkans, wanted to expand their territories, used that moment in history when they were the strongest, financially, militarily with the capital of the Yugoslavia state being in their country, used the weakness of others and include all the areas where the Serbs live into their one country

In this video she does not specifically blame any one group, but lays out the process of division that was employed by those in power, with the aid of a compliant media - exactly what is happening in the USA right now.
