Keep in mind that the cell tissues in the vaccines aren’t actually directly from an aborted fetus. They simply multiplied from an original stem cell line derived from the fetus. So nobody in the world actually has cells from an actual living fetus in them. They just have ‘descendent’ cells divided from that line.

Similar to immortal “Hela cells” which came from an adult woman with cancer. They endlessly divide and are thus “immortal’. Unfortunately for the woman, that meant malignant cancer. But they’re very useful in science due to their “immortality”.
