And in this recount that they're not even doing properly, nonetheless they found between 2000-3000 votes for Trump that weren't even put in the machine or tallied in one county alone.

Not folded means not mailed.

And some ballots somewhere were filled out with 2 different colors of ink. One person was filling them in & another person was signing them.
I guess they ran it like an assembly line.
