If Biden were to die or become mentally incapable of being President, or, legal issues were found that would make it impossible for him to become President before the January 20th inauguration, who then becomes President? (And for arguments sake it is not related to voter fraud.) Is it up to the electoral college to vote for whomever they felt was the best choice? As long as I'm playing what if---what if enough electoral college delegates for states that went Democrat claim voter fraud and cast their votes for Trump counter to their fraudulent elections? And their reversal gave Trump more than the 270 votes needed to remain President? An inquiring mind wants to know... If electors vote for trump to the number of 270 or more he wins. These can include the votes of faithless electors who may vote against the winner of the popular vote in their state if they choose (except in states where they have a law that mandates otherwise) If neither reach 270 for whatever reason you get a contingent election - where state legislators vote for president with 1 vote per state.
