If they were threatened or coerced into certifying the results then the certification is invalid. If this were brought to court, a judge would have to rule as much because it's quite literally federal election law.

They have legal grounds to change their vote back to what it originally was in court.

In the legal field this is called "being under duress" and there's been TONS of precedent in courts about this issue.
