Pretty much like that with everything, i have to take half the recommended dosage of almost all medicines. My sinuses are completely shot and i cant take any kind of sinus medicine and i mean any. It makes me feel like im floating, actually it makes my head feel like its floating, like Mr. Mackey from Southpark.
