It's a battle to get the schedule right. Even when I think I have it, it slips away within a week again. Interesting that mention your sinuses though. I have major sinus issues. I wonder if this is a pretty common thing for us with difficult sleep schedules.

Im not real sure, ive had always bad sinuses though. You're spot on with the slipping too, i actually had myself back on schedule for about a week a couple months ago but slipped right back for no other reason than? i wish i knew lol.
