The biggest thing that helps me is calcium and magnesium before bed.

Although recently after the big thread about high dose melatonin, I have been taking 15 mg each nigh and I've never slept better.

Fucking time changes, i have always struggled with them. when i was younger, no biggy, adjust and move on but anymore? I dont even bother changing any of my analog clocks anymore, i live on my own time.
