This is getting out of hand for real. Ive tried everything from adding an hour to my workouts to working an hour or two over at work, WTF!!! Still cant sleep in past 3, it's like my body knows something is up and has went into auto detect mode and it must be expecting something during the early mornings lol. https://imgur.com/VdtIZTo Yup. 3-330am...everyday. Did it just now start? It started for me back in April or may i wanna say the end of april.
