Anonymous Coward User ID: 76317227 United States 11/19/2020 04:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is getting out of hand for real. Ive tried everything from adding an hour to my workouts to working an hour or two over at work, WTF!!! Quoting: Mist Walker Still cant sleep in past 3, it's like my body knows something is up and has went into auto detect mode and it must be expecting something during the early mornings lol. [imgur] [link to i.imgur.com (secure)] I guess we can wave, in passing. I can't sleep BEFORE 3 AM. 4AM est time and I am watching N.illinois vs Ball State and sipping Bacardi. |

The only exception was I looked to my left and there was an Army Officer hiding beside me. I immediately freaked out before I woke up looking the same direction and saw he wasn’t there. Your brain is capable of things you aren’t even aware of. The moment it takes over, you go crazy. |

Quoting: President-Elect Vision Thing Although recently after the big thread about high dose melatonin, I have been taking 15 mg each nigh and I've never slept better. Im actually sleeping great, its just the time i wake up. Cant seem to reset my internal clock. yea , the time change did it for Me ... been waking up earlier ever since ... I sleep good most nights but have trouble sleeping when there is a full moon ... Fucking time changes, i have always struggled with them. when i was younger, no biggy, adjust and move on but anymore? I dont even bother changing any of my analog clocks anymore, i live on my own time. https://imgur.com/Chg1GJ0 |

I love the night because cant go out in sun due to Lupus anyway. Love shopping at 4 a.m, No one in store, could also do the houework and no one tracks up the floors, see more interesting things in the night sky... Even getting up at 7 a.m. still had to catch the old Art Bell c2c show...when he left came here full time. amdg Forgiveness means giving up every hope for a better past, In exchange for a better future. P.S. Ive always had an American Flag, now all of a sudden you gave me a Canada one. ?? Please whoever did this change it back. Quoting: Mist Walker I feel your pain. I'm doing the same exact thing! IT SUCKS!!!! Driving me nuts!! I swear it's like my body is trying to prepare for something, it's a weird feeling. Ive tried multiple times to reset my internal clock to no avail. Me. Like clock work. I go to bed at 12 am and by 3am I have to pee and it's downhill from there since I retired. Quoting: kdog82 Yep. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77408763 Tho I’m @work so it’s cheating a bit. Haven’t slept through the night, even on a day off in many years now. The Brian condition doesn’t help much either...3 hours max a day =\ Id be in big trouble only getting 3 hours, i dont function well without at least 5 to 6 hours. |

Then next thing you know after spooning and cuddling all night, you hear songbirds singing, and there's sunlight in the room, and the smell of fresh coffee and bacon frying. |
Mist Walker (OP) User ID: 79127210 United States 11/19/2020 04:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have you beat by 3 hours. We are likely on another planet's time. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78544367 I wouldnt rule anything out at this point. Normally, when my sleep patterns are off, i can simply stay up all day and night until the time i wanted to sleep. Worked like a charm for 40 years or so but now? Yeah.. not so much lol. Ive tried to reset my clock about 8 times now, its done nothing so i just gave up and simply wake up from 2-3AM lol. |

Quoting: Mist Walker I honestly don’t know what I’d do with that much sleep. Probably feel awful, zombie like. I average ~2 hours a day. With several days skipped every week. Tried all sorts of heavy meds to no avail. Brian’s are weird, a lot. I’d say to try a good indica cannabis, or find something with the right terpenes to help, but know it’s not for everyone. Good luck getting it sorted! |
