Well lets cut to the chase.

You have high blood pressure.

Take Tumeric.

Eat raw Garlic with honey.

Anyone have anything to add?

you or a neighbor recently get a smartmeter? remove or shield it
recent 5G/mobile mast installed locally? they've been changing all the lamp-posts over here to LED+5G, every other one will be an antenna when it goes live
are you one of those morans who keep their mobilephone on overnight? and in the bedroom (or under the pillow LMFAO)?

my advice get everything electronic out of the bedroom apart from a battery operated alarm clock (if you cant manage with clockwork) and turn wifi router off at the socket

cellphone off and inside a metalbox overnight, far far from your head

try it, report back on the baby-sleep and vivid dreams like ye olde days.

Thanks m8, appreciate it, im actually sleeping really well, its just the schedule. Im not one to be glued to my phone at all, i still run a desktop and i love it that way. My phone stays on silent in the studio due to my work, cant have phones ringing while recording lol.

but yeah, appreciate it, we been trying to keep an eye on the 5G shit here, they keep telling us we are a few years away in my area.

This is getting out of hand for real. Ive tried everything from adding an hour to my workouts to working an hour or two over at work, WTF!!!

Still cant sleep in past 3, it's like my body knows something is up and has went into auto detect mode and it must be expecting something during the early mornings lol.

yes, I have been waking at 245-3am the last month or so.

Every morning.

Regardless of bedtime which is usually 11pm or so as my smallest girl, LadyKatieBeth is dance partying till she drops the last few weeks.

as far as melatonin is concerned be careful you can become dependent and throw your natural sleep cycle out of sync. We tried it with LadyK and it works but she hates it. When we stopped she was up for 30 hours and would crash for a couple then up another 23-30.

Granted everyone is different, especially LadyKatie but I do believe it can cause dependence.

Haven't read the whole thread yet. Any ideas what is causing this?

Seems like a lot of GLPers are experiencing it.
The dead are just the undead waiting to happen.

Re: Up at 3AM like frigging clockwork. Where is my "cant sleep in past 3AM" crew?
This is happening to more and more people. Like others have said, I seriously doubt it's a sudden onset of medical conditions for the majority of people experiencing this.

I don't know where you're at spiritually, but here's some food for thought. Receive it or reject it - that's respectfully totally up to you and anyone else who reads this. I won't be offended at all if you decide to flush this idea down the toilet:

Holy Spirit seems to love to wake people up in the wee hours of the morning. God is a God of love, and He will pursue all of His creation with an intense, loving relentlessness - even those that don't believe.

The next time this happens, consider asking Holy Spirit what it is He wants to show you. Grab a paper and pen and listen - start writing down whatever comes into your head after you ask. If you are a believer, consider turning on some worship music - worship and pray. Oftentimes this will create a flood of thoughts that start coming - capture it all down. In time, you will learn to tell what might be your own thoughts versus things that came directly from Him with zero effort.

For those that aren't believers, I would offer this encouragement: Holy Spirit won't do this to shame you, judge you, etc. He operates in Love and achingly longs to reveal that to you. What have you got to lose? If I'm wrong, you can just pass me off as a nutjob. Like I said earlier, won't bother me in the slightest. But, if I'm right, you are taking your first steps into an open invitation to know God on a deep, intimate level. We're talking about life changing revelations that can come from these early morning talks with God.

Just felt led to pass this along for consideration. Peace Out and God Bless!

Re: Up at 3AM like frigging clockwork. Where is my "cant sleep in past 3AM" crew?
I have always been able to cope with extreme situations and emergencies with a calm attitude, being able to handle things without falling apart and move on with life.

BUT These current events are seemingly taking a toll on me, I have decided to try and turn my thought processes around so as to not let stress rule me.

Very difficult but I think I am making progress.

I feel for people that are going through the same mind bending calamity bestowed upon us by treacherous groups of peoples.

In other words I am losing much sleep also.

I try to take a one hour nap midday or there about. This seems to help me very much. But I cannot always do so. So I get several 10 or 15 min snoozes during the course of the day.

I feel for you bro.

I wish the best for you.

I appreciate it, hope you get some rest!

Ive always believed that the more you know, the more life weighs on you. When you know the shit some of us know and carry that around for years? It weighs heavy on the soul imho. Ignorance truly is bliss in some cases. Thats why ive always loved GLP, at least here people are on the same wave length and dont call me a conspiracy theorist lol, ive been telling people for almsot 20 years now that this day would come and they always laughed at me!
 Quoting: Mist Walker

I'm certainly not laughing at you as others would do. Seems like 3am wake up is a common occurrence among a number of people I know including myself. Wake at 3am on the dot many times, the timing always seems to be perfect!!!

As you said the more you know and realize the more it can weigh on you. Hard to get the weight off of ones shoulders.
I decided the other day to calm myself down from all the chaos around us in these volatile times. It does my health no good to let the worries threaten my tranquility.

I think I am making progress on my therapy.

Yes, the older I get the more I figure things out with a clarity that did not exist in my younger days. What eats at me is now that I can see things for what I believe is more realistic and true, I realize that I don't have much time left on this earth.

But non the less I have not given up hope for humanity, there are many good people out there and I will not allow myself to forget that.

Glad to hear from you.

I have thyroid issues and chronic severe nerve pain. 3am is a miserable beast. Nerve pain and irrational anxiety peak at this time. I play scrabble on my phone to distract myself til dawn. Every single night.

I can definitely feel my eyelids opening every morning at 3AM lol. I have never in my life been on this kind of schedule. Sure i get up early, i usually rise around 6, been that way for about 20 years up until this NWO shit started.

Okay, so reading theough this thread, Holy Shit. We are all getting hotel wake up calls. The question is why did we set them for ourselves this time, the final time we are back here? Maybe to all connect.
 Quoting: Black Unit

EXACTLY!! Last time i made this thread, i was surprised at the amount of people but now? There is at least twice the amount.

Yep. I wake up at 3am every night too, op. There's an old superstition that if you keep waking up at 3am (the witching hour) you are being visited by a demon in your sleep.

Not that I think that's actually the case but apparently this isn't a new development for people. I don't know what it is.
 Quoting: Catalyst4Thought

Ive heard that too... witching hour.

Actually I was talking to a friend of mine and she said she's been seeing the same thing from people all over Twitter.

 Quoting: Catalyst4Thought

holy shit really? man, now im even more curious lol

 Quoting: Mist Walker

I was once highly involved in local church leadership. The very highest ranking pastors and leaders in the church were experiencing this same phenomenon back in the late 90's. More than one of them confided in me that they'd wake at 3am on the button for weeks and months on end and would find it virtually impossible to get back to sleep.

A former wiccan started attending another church nearby. She mentioned to the pastor that one of their tactics was to place curses on Christian leadership that would wake them during "the witching hour" at 3am. I've since had this confirmed by several other sources.

My theory for what's happening now is that these same dark forces are cursing not just church-going Christians, but anyone who supports Trump in any way.

God allows it, because he intends to use it for good. When you wake, simply pray for God's love and light to shine in all the darkest places. What the enemy intends as harm can be turned into something beautiful when thousands of people pray for good during the darkest part of the night. Witches intend to fatigue us, but they're unintentionally mobilizing an army of prayer warriors.
