Magnesium is huge.
So are vitamins C and D3.
I lowered my cholesterol huge by just taking fish oil and Turmeric and not altering my diet.
I don't think the "old man vitamin"(Men's 50+) has hurt,either
Also started taking zinc and vitamin E recently.
Wish I could find something for spinal pain.
