Can I REFUSE a COVID test?

I don't want to be on a dna db, and I don't believe the pcr tests are accurate.

Isnt there some law somewhere where I can say no? or is this just how it is and I can't refuse? They are telling me I have no choice :(

Ask yourself what are your priorities, what is more important to you. Then you will know whether you will refuse the test or not. I personally would refuse it. I will also refuse vaccination and if they try to force it on me then someone might lose his life if he is trying hard enough.

I think if you refuse test, you must quarantine for 14 days.

Ask Gov Cuomo, he’s an expert on these matters.

Maybe I will lose my job, but they are also saying that its not my right to refuse.

Can you ask for a blood test instead? At least that wouldn't be a PCR test (which is bogus anyway) and wouldn't be ramming a swab up next to your brain.

Maybe get a doctor's note saying you can't do the nasal test because of whatever reason... tonsil problems, sinus issues, whatever you can get. Make the employer do the blood test, even though that will seriously annoy them.

I'm curious what others have to say, because I have a family member who may be facing this issue in the next couple of months too.

I would rather not have any test, I think the whole things a scam personally. Don't trust those quacks for a second.

Totally agree. But a blood test is less dangerous and more accurate than PCR, which makes it the lesser of two evils, I think. I could be wrong.

Maybe you'd get lucky if you pushed the issue by demanding a blood test, and they'll give up and let you pass.

It is your fight to refuse and also to share the result with your employers. However you can bet there will be repercussions I’m sure

all the other threads talk about how to refuse the vaccine, but refusing tests is hard to find info on.

Just lie about it. Tell you got tested and it came back negative.

The law says they can, but there are cost and liability issues and it’s kindof the Wild West out there on this issue. Sounds like if they force you they have to pay for the test, and your gas/transportation/parking fees if you have to go to an off worksite testing facility, which you will have to in most places. So if you can’t avoid it make it expensive for them at least.

It says they have to keep your results private. So if they tell anyone at work your results you can sue them. “However, if an employer learns that an employee has COVID-19, they may report the name of that person to a public health agency.”

I havn't checked as I don't know anyone else who did this, but I think they will ask for some kind of proof.

not really, a sniffle, but thats normal for this time of year. half the office tested positive and so they send us home for emergency quarantine and demand us all to be tested. I am the only one who has so far not done the test.

They make you quarantine for 14 days or they fire you.

Put the burden on them. Make them show you where the law is showing a test is MANDATORY.

Also with hippa laws, I don't think they can legally tell you to provide medical records.

I work in a lab / medical setting so they are all brainwashed by the virus propaganda, and we have to wear masks at work.

Forge the documents. Easy to do. Or go online and gwt a fake soctors note.

feels like faking a sick note from my parents for skipping school.. I wouldn't know what documents to forge.

There is no way in Hell they can require you to show them your private test results. That illegal as fuck. Sue thier ass if they do.

You can refuse but they can fire you. In my state, your mileage may vary.
