This is my great grandfather, Bob, in the video. He's very old (I'm 73) and a tad demented. He spent the entire family fortune having plastic surgery so he could look like a Tibetan. He always believed he's the REAL 14th Dalai Lama.

From what I understand, he believes he's invented a new form of music which is much better than "rap", and will be more popular, and is demonstrating it in this video. I happen to agree with him on that point.
