She might be backing them into a corner. At the risk of the whole house of cards tumbling down and jail sentences, TPTB agree that there were voting "irregularities" and that Trump did win. Biden agrees to concede and Trump gets his second term. Nobody goes to jail.

My suspicion is that they're more or less out of the loop now. The President has a lot of other options for prosecution, among many other things.

If they're serious about going after this, and it seems they are, I suspect that the DoJ/FBI (largely speaking) will find themselves as plaintiffs rather than prosecutors.
