Quoting: MyPillow My suspicion is that they're more or less out of the loop now. The President has a lot of other options for prosecution, among many other things. If they're serious about going after this, and it seems they are, I suspect that the DoJ/FBI (largely speaking) will find themselves as plaintiffs defendants rather than prosecutors. Fixed it for ya.....
