KRAKEN RELEASED -- First Full Dominion-Smartmatic Affidavit Hits the Internet

I mean it is an affidavit of an opinion.

There is no direct evidence or knowledge in this affidavit that would point to the 2020 election being compromised.

A judge would read this and more than likely throw it out.

The date could have been in the redacted part but I recall reading something in it that dated it as well. A reference like "12 years ago" or something that would mean it was written very recently.

It's probable cause.

I mean that is all well and fine. I am just pointing out, that the "vote counting stopped, then the next morning restarted with considerably different results" is the only accusation about the 2020 election within the affidavit. This wasn't a process the person who wrote the affidavit personally witnessed, thus, while the tabulations were different, he cannot actually point out a discrepancy. Or a law broken.

It's hearsay, is what I am saying. While he may have worked for the Venezuelan government, while he may have actually witnessed these Smartmatic meeings with Chavez, he did not work with the U.S. Government, he did not work with any state or local goverment utilizing Dominion / Smartmatic software. Thus, this is all just speculation.

This particular affidavit, while damning for Dominion / Smartmatic, means nothing in the eyes of the law.

That is like saying a cop pulling you over for smoking weed 12 years ago, is probable cause to continue pulling you over, every day, for suspicion of marijuana possession.

OMG...it has nothing to do with our most recent election but deals entirely with the election of a Venezuelan dictatorship of which this person, unknown because the majority is redacted, is a part of. If this is a sign of what “evidence” they have they need to stop now before it looks even more ridiculous than it already does.

I write this with tears of hair dye flowing excessively down my cheeks, this election seems on the surface to have played out exactly as it should have, divided almost 50-50. Of course the polls did not reflect this because the MSM is incapable of understanding that 50% of our population has been unaffected by their propaganda.

Democrats simply outperformed us as more of them showed up and voted, lots of people voted for the independents in the libertarian party knowing they had zero chance of winning and this is why Trump lost.

So trump wants us to believe that Chavez was so powerful that 7 years after his death he can control elections in the US and around the world. FFS people.

What you are saying is not at all true... It shows that they came up with and sale these systems as a means to cheat... It calls into question the systems themselves and therefore calls into question every election performed on those systems... As stand alone, it is not enough but it adds to the overall case by showing a willingness by the company to flip elections to the highest bidder and that the pattern in this election matches the pattern of a known rigged election... The case itself will be taken by the court as a whole of evidence provided not individual peices.

The point with this is to show that the software WAS produced , and for WHO it was produced AND by WHOM it was produced. It is groundwork information and hopefully there is actual proof of it being used in the US and around the world.

Think of the affidavit as an accusation....

These high profile lawyers wouldn't be promoting this unless they can prove it in court... THAT'S where the experts who have found the codes and PROOF of the flips happening will come into play

If a voting machine has software in it, that has the ability to alter, swap, delete votes, it doesn’t matter if it has been caught in the act. It has built-in functionality that CAN manipulate the vote. That’s all that needs to be proven to show that election integrity has been jeopardized.
