If this is truly a "rigged" election, what is to stop Trump from never vacating?

Storm Troopers, Military on or about the 10th of January, full mobilization of allied command posts would stop Biden and Company from ever taking power.

I say from what I see it is "rigged" and Biden is not elected and does not deserve to serve anywhere but in his basement.
