Go recheck the numbers. She used old vote totals. Total votes cast are 1,407,754
Presidential votes are 1,405,376.

This is very interesting. This site says that the large percentage were mail in ballots while the other site is calling them absentee ballots with zero mail in ballots. Which is correct ? .
