If I did not have covid I probably caught it going in there. Spent a hour tapping into a tablet all my information.The software was buggy as hell and ended up filling it all in again about 3 times. Had about 4 millennials trying to fix things and only one had any idea of what was going on. It was Free but if you had insurance you had to type in all the info and take pictures of your card, your drivers ID and explain that your kids do not have emails or state ID's. After the third time I just hit the WE HAVE NO INSURANCE tab. WHAT A FCKN MESS. |
