The hardest thing as a business is to pick sides when confronted with an incident. Problem is, once they're confronted on the subject, they didn't pick a side, which is fine, but they punished the company that the person that published the photo works for. Which was an utterly stupid move that will cost them their credibility with a lot of their *actual* customer base. Instead they bowed to fake supporters who never bought their product anyway and wouldn't be caught dead doing so.

They should have just posted that "We sell shirts, people are free to wear whatever shirt they want, and he was wearing our shirt. However, we weren't involved in his release" (or something equiv)

This event basically uncovered what I thought of them in the first place; a bunch of marketing showoffs hawking a niche brand for an average product while having no real spine as individuals.
