Hes a mentally ill man in his 50s who has been posting his drivel on internet forums for decades.

Many of us have tried to help him, to no avail.

He runs for President every 4 years in his own mind and espouses global internet governance and his pet theory- depopulationism.

He is a troll but also a legit mental case who believes what he espouses.
