That's the group I understand cases have already been thrown out in various states because of lack of standing. And I know that many, if not most, of these courts are biased venues so they will use ANY excuse to dump a case. Lack of standing is one of the easiest grounds to use. They'll say she does not have a direct interest which she WOULD HAVE if she was part of POTUS' team. |
